Introduction

We understand that setting up and managing a website can be challenging. That’s why our dedicated support team is here to help when you need us. All support is handled through our online ticket desk, which you can access via your members area here:

When you purchase a theme, it includes a license key along with free support and updates for 6 months. If you need continued support after that, you can purchase it separately here:

Support Time

Our support team operates in GMT+8 (CST), and we aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. In some cases, response times may extend to 48 hours. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays will be addressed the following Monday or next business day.

Support Includes

  • Questions about theme settings, existing features, or sections

  • Bug fixes related to the theme

  • Basic styling adjustments, as long as they can be completed within 10–15 minutes

Support Does Not Include

  • Theme customization and theme updates.

  • Integrations or installation of third party plugins or troubleshooting issues and bugs caused by plugins.

  • We don’t provide support for issues caused by custom modifications made by you or your developer. We strongly recommend backing up your theme files before making any changes, so you can easily restore the original version if needed.

  • We don’t provide support for customizations or code edits that involve changing theme functionality, adding new features or settings, or modifying the layout.

  • If you’ve requested custom changes from us and plan to update your theme in the future, please note that you’ll need to manually apply those changes from the old version to the new one. We don’t reapply custom work with each theme update.
