# Elementor Overview

### What is Elementor?

Elementor is a powerful drag-and-drop page builder plugin for WordPress that revolutionizes the way you create and design websites. It provides an intuitive visual interface that allows you to build beautiful, professional-looking pages without needing any knowledge of HTML, CSS, or coding.

Unlike traditional WordPress editors where you're limited to basic formatting or need to write code for custom layouts, Elementor gives you complete creative freedom through its real-time visual editor. You can see exactly what you're building as you work, with changes appearing instantly on your screen.

### Which Elementor version do you support?

PremiumPress themes are fully compatible with the free version of Elementor, which is the version we actively support and use during development. Because we do not build or test our themes with Elementor Pro, we’re unable to guarantee full compatibility with features specific to the Pro version.

If you're using Elementor Pro, some functions may work as expected, but please be aware that any issues related to the Pro version fall outside the scope of our support.

#### Can I use the pro version?

Yes of course but we have no features that require this version.

{% hint style="success" %}
We **do not** recommend using the Elementor PRO version. The FREE version is all you need.
{% endhint %}
